offering classes that will enable you to learn exactly what you're interested in
forage fridays - the main purpose in this class is to learn the proper collecting and observation techniques when foraging in for mushrooms in their natural habitat. some time is alloted for mushroom identification.
sunday id sessions - this class is specifically for identification of mushrooms, bring previously found mushrooms to the classroom and learn about the fungi you have growing right in your own backyard.
cooking class - treat your tastebuds and sample mushroom dishes are you discover how to prepare different dishes with them. each class has a different theme and is held right at the farm. you'll not only leave with recipe packet with all the tips and tricks you learned but you'll also get to bring home some fresh mushrooms!
can you eat it? mushroom id class - spend time out in the woods during the field time portion of this class where after a brief introduction to mushroom hunting you will make your way to the forest in search of fungi. you will then bring your findings back to the ID table to share, explore and learn about all that has been collected.
