Wisconsin's AA Grade... reflecting a “fine and highly pleasing butter flavor,” and made from sweet cream of low natural acid.

 

Buttermakers from Vermont Creamery craft this tempting butter, first the carefully add live bacterial cultures to the Creamery's own fresh Vermont cream. Proceeding they must leave the mixture to ferment until the next day. Upon the next day the mixture thickens and acquires scrumptious flavors of buttermilk and hazelnutes, this process recquires the fermenting to take the perfect amount of time for optimal results.
