How much water are you consuming daily? What type of water are you putting into your precious vessel? These are important questions to ask yourself because your body is made up with more than half water. A great way to think about water, is that if it was an organ it would make up two thirds of your body. If the molecules of the minerals are too large they will not fit into our sells. Rather than hydrate us they will clog our cells which causes cellular stress. If the molecule is bigger than an angstrom it is like “trying to shove a basketball into a garden hose”-Darlin Olien. Little consumption of water causes histamine production to increase. In result of increase in histamine the function of interferon decreases. Interferon is a certical anti-cancer chemical. When the body is correctly hydrated the interferon will function correctly as well. There are many types of water. Many different people have strong opinions of which one is best for you. Since everybody is different, below I will provide both the positives and negatives to each type of water and allow you to make your on opinion.
